Our whipped honey is made using our Gallberry/Palmetto honey, or as we like to call it "Crispy Creme". It comes in a 12 oz honey jar, but only weighs about 10 oz, since air is incorpated in during the whipping process.
 
Whipped Honey is just raw honey that has crystilized and then whipped until its fluffy. We like to store our whipped honey in the fridge, because if it gets too warm it may separate.
 
It's wonderful on toast, pancakes, or even for a little whipped sweetness on fresh fruit or yogurt.
